OLD AGE SERIES
I am writing a book about old age and these are some of the illustrations to that book.
My daughter observed “You really don’t like old age.” She was right. I realized that I had a lot more to say about old age. I express that sentiment in the following six paintings.
PUZZLE PAGE
I painted a three dimensional painting of the flag and had it photographed.
The photograph did not look three dimensional, so I painted another one
using colors to give the illusion of folds.
